Policy

kache is built on a simple principle: Your data should stay yours.

This page explains what kache does and does not do with your data.

No File Uploads

Tools built on kache run locally in your browser. Files you open or process are not uploaded to our servers. They remain on your device and are handled using browser-native technologies like WebAssembly. We do not store, copy, or transmit your files.

No Personal Data

We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. There are no user profiles or unique identifiers created for you.

No Tracking

We do not use third-party tracking scripts, pixels, or fingerprinting. No analytics pipelines watch your behavior.

"Privacy is not a feature."

It is the default behavior. All core functionality is designed to work client-side. Once you close the page, no data is retained.

No cookies for tracking

kache does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. If cookies are used at all, they are strictly functional and limited to essential site behavior. No cross-site tracking is performed.

Client-side processing by design

All core functionality is designed to work client-side. Processing happens in your browser memory. Once you close the page, no data is retained by kache.

Third-party services

kache avoids third-party services whenever possible. When external infrastructure is used for hosting or delivery, it is configured to minimize data exposure. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Children’s privacy

kache does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because no personal data is collected, there is no special handling required.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes, it will be updated on this page. The core principle will not change. Local processing and user privacy remain non-negotiable.
